The stages: Cavalese, Carano, Castello e Molina di Fiemme, Valfloriana, Masi di Cavalese, Tesero, Varena, Daiano, Cavalese

In the streets of the historical centre of Cavalese, you can stop at Cose Buone da Paolo which makes several typical cakes based on old recipes revisited with passion and imagination. From Cavalese you can follow the SS 48 (national road) up to Carano to visit the Caseificio Sociale Val Fiemme that produces cheeses such as Fontal, Valfiemme and the famous Caprino of Cavalese. They are excellent combined with the honey of Rizzoli’s beekeeping, on sale at Delvai Market, placed in the beautiful historical centre of Carano. You can carry on to Castello di Fiemme where the products of Macelleria Dagostin (such as goat’s lucanica) and Weber's beekeeping honey will conquer you. We suggest you deviate to Valfloriana where you will find the Azienda Agricola Biologica Fior di Bosco with its stable, dairy and small shop. Going back towards Masi di Cavalese you can visit Vaia’s beekeeping and then take the cableway Cermis and admire a beautiful panorama. Now you can continue towards Tesero’s lake where you can take one of the many routes of the Fiemme Vitality Park to try the healthy activity of nordic walking. From Tesero, continuing in the direction of Varena, you reach Daiano where you can appreciate the traditional tastes of the Maso dello Speck - Braito Tito. Not far away is placed the brewery Birra di Fiemme where you can discover this particular hand-crafted product. From here you can return to Cavalese.
