You depart from Predazzo, A famous tourist resort where you will find the Civic Museum of Geology and Ethnography. Along the national road, running side by side wth a very beautiful cycle track, you find the Caseificio Sociale di Predazzo e Moena. Here you can discover the workmanship and the peculiarity of the most representative cheese of this area, the Puzzone di Moena, now part of the Slow Food Presidium. Taking the road towards Passo Rolle, you reach the Parco Naturale Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino. In the heart of the “Violins’ Forest”, you can admire the valuable firs, known for the construction of musical instruments. Then, if you want you can plunge into uncontaminated nature by turning left into the street towards Passo Rolle, and reaching Val Venegia where you can admire a breathtaking panorama from a heavenly spot. From here you can continue on foot to discover the quaint shepard's huts, ideal places for greedy breaks and custodians of the secrets of the dairy art. Continuing by car from Paneveggio, you reach Passo Rolle where Malga Rolle is A dealer of the Caseificio Comprensoriale di Primiero. Here it is possible to purchase valuable cheeses like the Tosèla. Then you can go down to Primiero as far as San Martino di Castrozza to admire the magic of the sunset on the homonumos Pale, waiting for an elegant dinner while relaxing. This itinerary turns out to be equally pleasant even if covered in the opposite direction.
