A proud environment, so beautiful that it is breathtaking, and a rich land which offers healthy and fragrant agricultural products. Here climate and landscapes change quickly, even in a span of few kilometres, and cultural heritage tells the story of a frontier area. Moreover, the wine seems to contain and sum up odours, moods, and character.
This is the Trentino Region, a green butterfly in the heart of Europe that holds in its territory the many flavours of authenticity.
It was a logical and necessary step, therefore, to highlight quality and tourist competitiveness thorough the "Roads of wine and taste": a new and different way to get to know Trentino by knowing its wine and food specialties, and an instrument to bring the region on the international stage.

Seven geographical experiences which, along with wine and food, mark peculiar areas and empower and protect specific aspects, bringing together a network of human, cultural and technological resources and helping small and medium producers to defend a work started a long time ago with strength and love.
A homage to the proud and cautious character of the inhabitants of Trentino, capable of taking the best out of a territory that is sometimes difficult because it is mostly mountainous with great respect for the environment. Above all, it is a worthy gift to those who come to visit this land: the certainty of a senses-fulfilling emotional journey along Trentino's roads of taste.
